The service we provide
Base Access Logistics, operated by PaperChaseWebb Inc., is a booking and coordination service. We vet and match independent, credentialed drivers, provide flat quotes, coordinate the ride, and handle payment. We are not a transportation carrier. Transportation is provided by independent drivers who hold liability for each ride at all times.
Base access and credentials
You are responsible for holding and presenting your own valid credentials for any installation you travel to or from. We do not sponsor, escort, or vouch for any passenger through a gate. Gate authority belongs solely to the installation, and neither party's admission is guaranteed. If a rider or driver is denied at the gate, the ride cannot proceed and [DENIED-ENTRY REFUND POLICY].
Fees and payment
New riders pay a one-time startup fee of [STARTUP FEE] covering account and credential verification. Each ride is quoted as a flat fare before booking. Payment is held in escrow and released to the driver after the trip completes. Cancellations are governed by [CANCELLATION POLICY].
Driver relationship and liability
Drivers are independent operators, not employees or agents of Base Access Logistics.
