Do I need my own base access credentials?

Yes. You must hold valid credentials for the installation you are traveling to or from. Your driver is independently credentialed to reach the base, but you are responsible for your own access at the gate. We coordinate both sides; we do not sponsor, escort, or vouch you through.

What happens if a rider or driver is denied at the gate?

Gate authority always belongs to the installation. If either party is denied, the ride cannot proceed. Because payment is held in escrow and not released until a trip completes, [DENIED-ENTRY REFUND POLICY].

Who is liable during the ride?

The driver. Drivers are independent, credentialed operators who carry their own commercial insurance and hold liability for the ride at all times. Base Access Logistics is a booking and coordination service. We vet, match, coordinate, and handle payment. We are not a transport carrier and do not assume carrier liability.

What is the startup fee and what does it cover?
