Base Access Logistics is a booking and coordination service operated by PaperChaseWebb Inc. We understand that the travel patterns of service members and their families are sensitive. This policy explains, in plain language, what we collect, why, and how long we keep it.
What we collect
When you request a ride we collect the information you provide: name, phone number, pickup and destination, date and time, passenger count, special requests, and your confirmation that you hold valid credentials for the installation. We do not ask for or store your credential numbers, CAC data, or DoD identifiers.
Why we collect it
Only to coordinate your ride: to match a credentialed driver, provide a flat quote, confirm the trip, and handle payment. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who sees it
The independent driver matched to your ride receives only what they need to complete it (pickup, destination, time, and a way to reach you). Payment is processed by a secure payment provider under that provider's own terms.
How long we keep it
We keep booking records only as long as needed to coordinate service, handle payment, resolve support issues, maintain tax and business records, and satisfy legal obligations. You may request deletion of non-required data at any time by emailing [email protected].
